Welcome, All.
My name is Yvonne.  I am a healing practitioner with nearly 20 years experience in both counseling, therapeutic and spiritual interventions. I now understand that many difficult and joyous discoveries on my own Journey have led me directly to this Life Path to serve the greater good of what Spirit intended for us both. 

My therapeutic approach combines counseling with energetic soul work - finding this to be a highly effective approach assisting others achieve positive, lasting change with ease and grace.
       
Some of the things I help people with:

  • feeling anxious or overwhelmed

  • finding yourself doing the opposite of what you intended

  • feeling angry, depressed or lonely

  • addiction recovery and transition

  • codependency / relationship issues

  • grief/losses suffered

  • feeling "stuck" in your life

  • having stress-related physical symptoms such as:
    pain, tension headache, nervous stomach

  • comulsive behaviors, i.e., addictions

  • needing clarity and purpose in your life

  • confirmation - because sometimes, we just need confirmation


My therapy approach differs from conventional talk therapy.  We discuss your situation, your needs.
During our process, you are invited to participate, suggesting what to focus on in your mind and we will begin the next portion of our session with reiki energy work.
